1. How to enter the contest:
A. To participate in a contest on KLUC, you must listen for the cue to call-in to win. A cue may include a sounder or may require a contestant to be the 25th caller.
B. Various contests will be hosted throughout the weekday. KLUC on-air talents will explain to the listener live on the air, the contest that is to air and how to win. Each detail will be explained specifically to the listener for each contest. KLUC will address which type of contest listeners are asked to participate in. Listeners will be required to give the correct answer, be the 25th caller or correctly identify what is required to participate and win a KLUC contest.
C. There is no limit as to how many times a listener may win a prize on KLUC.
D. In the event of a tie, a random drawing will determine the winner.
2. Eligibility restrictions:
A. KLUC contests are open to all KLUC listeners of all ages residing in the Las Vegas metropolitan area. Some age restrictions may vary on certain prizes. Listeners will be made aware of age restrictions at time of contest. Employees of KLUC, its licensee, its corporate parent CBS corporation, affiliated entities, its affiliated advertising agencies, participating sponsors/promotional partners, other radio stations in the Las Vegas metropolitan are and the members of their immediate families are ineligible to participate or win.
B. There is no limit to how many times a KLUC listener may participate or win in a KLUC contest.
C. Listeners will be asked to call (702) 364-9898 or #-9-8-5 on any Sprint PCS phone to participate and win in KLUC contests.
D. KLUC prizes are non-transferable. E. KLUC prizes may not be substituted for cash.
3. Prizes:
A. All prizes and/prize certificates may be picked up at the KLUC studios at 6655 West Sahara avenue, suite d-208, Las Vegas, Nevada 89146, Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, excluding holidays. Any prize or prize certificate not claimed within 10 business days of winning will, be forfeit by the winner.
B. Prize/prize certificates may not be mailed to winner.
C. Contest prizes are non-transferable. Prizes may not be substituted for or redeemed for cash.
D. All winners must pick up their own prizes.
E. All winners must show their valid photo identification and social security number upon picking up prizes at KLUC.
4. Conditions:
A. Payment of all federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners may be required to sign an IRS form 1099 or equivalent when they accumulate $600.00 or more in the total value of their prizes throughout the calendar year.
B. By participating in the contest, the winner or winners agree to have their name, voice or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest and to sign a publicity release prior to acceptance of the prizes.
C. KLUC is not responsible for issues regarding telephones and cellular telephones including hang-ups and disconnections. In the event of an inaudible or disconnected phone, the next caller will be taken and awarded the prize.

E. The winner must provide the KLUC air talent with all information including name, address, phone number and age at the time they have won a prize. This information must be correct. Any falsified information will forfeit the winner from receiving a KLUC prize.
5. Each contest that airs on KLUC will require on-air material terms. These may differ from contest to contest but they will always include the following terms:
A. How to enter and how to participate to win b. Eligibility restrictions c. Entry deadline dates d. Prize(s) involved e. Prize: nature and dollar value of each prize f. Time and means of selecting the winners g. Tie-breaking process (if necessary)
6. KLUC reserves the right to makes changes in the rules of the contest which will become effective upon announcement.
7. Any phone charges including cellular phones incurred in any KLUC contest is the sole responsibility of the winner.
8. General contest rules do not include the "selection of winner" category for contests that have a qualifying stage for a grand prize. Please see specific contest rules for these types of contests as they will vary for each contest.
9. No purchase is necessary. The contest is void where prohibited.
10. Failure to comply with the contest rules may result in a contestant's disqualification.
